Default stainless headers ?s

I know its been asked but im asking again. Im wanting a good set of SS headers. I dont want to spend alot of $ on headers like stainless works or kooks or Doug. I cant afford those. Im wondering about texas speeds, speed daddys on Craigslist or any other brands that are good for the $. I know pacesetter is ok and alot of guys use them but im not sure if they r stainless. Also wonderin if I should go cattless or not for inspection. Im wonderin how it will efect it or not if they r tuned out. Ill have dummy cats for visual inspection. But how does it show when they hook up the computer to test

My future plans r cam with dod delete and stall. I have 799 heads and ive been told I have the good intake and throttle body.
Should I get 1 3/4 or 1 7/8 primaries
Im not apposed to buying used headers and catted y

Thanks for input

I have pacesetters and like them, not sure if they are stainless but they do make them with ceramic coating for around $400. As for the diameter I would go 1 7/8 the dyno says it's faster, guys I've talked to like them, and they sound great too. Deeper than the smaller ones.

I ran 1 3/4 texas speed originally but changed to 1 7/8 kooks when I went to trick flow heads the kooks look and fit a lot better but the texas speed were ok
