is the z06 springs the same as an 01 LS6 springs????

One would think since the LS6 was the only motor offered in the Z06.

I never seem to find Z06 springs for sale, always LS6. I do remember reading at ls1tech, that the 02 and up LS6 springs are better than the 01 springs for whatever reason.

the 02 and up i believe will hold .550 lift, while the 01 units are good for .525

this is off the top of my head........

Word on the above. Each year had a different stripe on them. If I remember right mine had an orange or yellow stripe..... I used the 02 LS6 springs when I did my cam swap. Never a problem.
