update...
the tranny is on a truck and that truck is on it's way to omaha, i have a tracking number and everything. they(speed inc) told me it should be here on friday but the tracking info is telling me tomorrow.

YEA!!!! i am soo excited, i hope it works right the first time.

anyone know of any parts i should gather, i figure a case of oil and a tranny jack is all i will need. if my converter isn't poluted this thing might be running by friday <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> 13's here i come and where is that lightning?

Hey man - I know when you installed your converter, you had the motor out. This time, let me know how long it takes to get the transfer case off, and the housing away from the block. Also note any pitfalls / problems you run into. I'm thinking about a converter and want to know how long it will take on this 4wd setup.
