Do you have more sound clips?
Any just cruising around? Be also super interested in hearing it at normal acceleration from a light or on the high way. Is it a bit loud maintaining speed on the highway? Sorry for all the questions but man I'm interested in running this cat back setup.

hey man here is a short drive home. honestly the exhaust is even quieter than what I feel that the video makes it seem. listen to video with some headphones but the drone isn’t even as bad as what it seems

I bet it did pick up, I wouldn't have thought so but speed engineering posted a dyno with that dual exhaust vs a single 3" setup and if I remember correctly it gained near 30hp. And it was a bolt on cam only truck. I always thought single 3" was close enough at that power level, obviously not.
I've been trying to figure out what I want to do next with the exhaust because I know mine could flow more. After seeing all this I think I'm gonna lean toward doing this setup.
Do you have any pictures of the tips and how they fit up to the truck/how they look on the truck? In the pictures I see the tips are separated by a couple inches? I assumed it would look better if the tips were stacked on each other but seeing it on the truck will tell.

I'm more concerned with how the y-pipe fits around the trans crossmember. Mine has gone back to rattling after a few months and I'm about to take a grinder to the crossmember to give it some room as well as weld up the cross over pipe to stop the annoying leaking.

this clears crossmember and trans perfect. you do have to drop the crossmember to get pipes over the crossmember but there is no rubbing at all. the tips are a tap spaced but only because of how the bracket is on the pipes that go over the rear axle. we used normal clamps on the second to last set instead of a clamp they include that pulls the pipes together. it’s a weird clamp and hard to describe. right now there about 1-2” apart. i’m going to have it welded a little farther towards the rear of the truck but where it sits now i’m happy with it. this is how it sits currently. not as bad as it used to be with their kits. easy fix at exhaust shop. exhaust shop quoted me $30 to bring them together

i’m going to adjust it more this weekend. this literally was installed, made sure everything was tight, and drove it home. so a small adjustment here and there can help. i’ll post a better pic this weekend
