Default Spark Plugs for 5.3L

I was looking at my plugs last night just for the hell of it and was wondering what everyone is running in their trucks. My motor is basically stock except for some free mods, air box-ram air, k+n filter and maybe cat back exhaust in the near future. the stock plugs are NGK PZTR5A/AC DELCO # is 12567759. They look good as far as color and carbon build up goes, but the tip and electrode seem to be very small compared to plugs I have seen on some of the older trucks I've had. Bosch looks like they have some cool choices with the single through quad tipped plugs. Do these provide and mileage or performance increase? Any info would be great.

Most people are runing NGK TR-55 gapped .060. These are a copper plug and around $1.80. Also look down a few post https://ls1tech.com/threads/showflat...31&fpart=1
