NGK TR55 plugs gapped @ 57 (stock gapped @ 60)
MSD 8.5MM Wires
The TR 55's have worked well for me, and a lot of guys here are running the same plugs.
The aftermarket wires are more personal preference I think. They are all quality products. Magnecore makes some 8.5MM, and Taylor makes some 8MM. The stock ones are pretty good quality too.

With the NGK copper plugs, I would say every 20-30K miles. Stock platnium plugs are said to be good for 100K, but I don't buy that one bit. They do last longer than copper, say 40-60K miles, but you get a better spark and better fuel burn with copper plugs.

I inspect the plugs at least with every oil change (nitrous user) and change about every 6K. This is a bit excessive, but a small expense for a precautionary measure of a heavy nitrous user. Copper core plugs should last 20k without problems in a n/a street vehicle.

oriellys for the tr55s
ask for ngk part # 3195
i checked today - i work there.
also where is the best place and cost on the msd wires?
the warehouse we call asking for parts like that always give me something like a univiersal fit instead of something i want. so im ready to order somewhere for the MSDs... i dont feel like dropin 85 on some magnecores.

ok then.
here is another question for you. can I run the TR6's without a supercharger? I will be getting one the middle of next month but I would like to change my plugs when I change my headers and wires.(before the supercharger)
