I've got some good sound clips, but nowhere to host them, and no way to post them.

These computers at work dont let you download anything. I may try puting them on disk at home and posting them from here.

damn marc how do you get 22mpg out of an ss...everybody i know that has one is lucky to see 16 on the highway

That's with an light/steady foot on backroads with an average speed of about 40mph... (just over the lockup speed of the converter)

Out on the highway, with the windblast and the brick-shape of the truck, it drops down to the 18's.
