Default Something not too big..........

Hey guys, I'm pushing 98k on the truck; I've got plans and I'm keepin' her. But I think the PCV is going south. gas mileage is off and power isn't as smooth. I've looked and looked but coundln't find said PCV valve. And could I just pick on up at say Pep Boys or Auto Zone or NAPA?
Thanks.............
