I thought I was about done tweaking on this thing, you got my gears turning again. Thanks.......... My bank account hates this place.

So now less than one day after being happy with the current mods I am looking into:

11psi pully, intercooler upgrade, probably more plumbing, and more tuning......

You got a pic of the intercooler??

I may have to send the PCM out one more time because the tranny won't downshift out of overdrive if I am going more than 65mph and floor it. If I do send it back I am going to have the WOT shifts raised too, waiting to get a dyno run and wide band to see if there is anything else that needs tweaking. It's still pulling hard when it shifts now. For my purposes the performance is fine but it would be nice to have all she's got available.
Did you calibrate the rpm on the G-tech?

Yep, I should have paid better attention to the tach, I just caught one 2-3 shift and the G-tech was showing 5000 when it shifted. The truck should be shifting at whatever the stock values are. I was busy paying attention to everything else, like EGT, Boost and Fuel pressure since the FMU was just removed and replaced w/ injectors, the gears just went in, the tune is brand new and I built a custom intake for the blower. FYI my WOT EGT dropped 200+ Deg. since removing the FMU and going with larger injectors. Has not been above 1200 since the swap, used to regularly hit 1400+ at WOT.

As soon as a figure out how. It didn't come with a cable or any software so I am not sure how to get it to download to the computer and it needs to be plugged into 12V in order to have any power, I guess I should read more about hooking it up to the computer. I am gonna figure out how to do a HP run with it tomorrow, and then compare that to next weeks dyno run.
