i have the badlandz performance one from ebay and the day after i put it on the motor fell off the top and burnt the wire in half where the motor was hanging on it. i bought a new motor an wire from them and it works fine now. my brother has had the same one for years now an it still works fine, so i guess they all have bad eggs sometimes.

kinda looks like it might be butterfly valve style, could be a good or bad thing. i believe the others are gate style.

i think that both tubes have a valve on them 90 degrees apart so when ones open the others shut... i think its a good idea... but more moving parts usually isnt.... .good luck
