$2800 intake to oil pan. the 6.0 had 4000 miles, all the machine work done, built by my buddy who told me it was up for sale.(he was building this for a fox body and i guess ran into some $$ issues and sold it for way less then what he had into it) his loss my gain

GMCtrk 12-13-2009 10:08 PM

how much you want for the 317s?

AKlowriderZ71 12-13-2009 11:02 PM

Okay, I'm gonna be the guy to ask.

He built a forged 408, 11 to 1, with a stock cam and stock heads???

AJII 12-13-2009 11:17 PM

I'm guessing the builder ran out of money before he purchased the new heads and cam.

AKlowriderZ71 12-13-2009 11:24 PM

Compression ratio depends on the heads' combustion chamber size. Hopefully the OP understands that.
