Default Snap snap at the line :(

Well - the stock 10 bolt rear is pretty weak. Guess that's one way to get 4.11's. - Anyone do a gear swap on a 4x4? Are the front and rear gearsets the same? Ring and pinion that is.

I'm pretty sure the front is 8.25 and the rear is 8.5. So they take different gears. Just let the place you get them from that its a 4x4, they should hook you up. As far as actually changing the geary, I think you just drop the front diff, and it splits apart, and then it's set up just like the rear. Hope that helps some. Good luck

Yeah that's the noise I've got my eyes on a set of 4.11's front and rear.
