The other night when I was getting on the highway, i noticed that my truck was putting out some smoke. I could see it in the car behind me headlights. I know that my truck does not use any oil because I check it right before I get my oil changed at @3000 miles. I am guessing that it is fuel smoke. Is my tuned pcm causing this? I don't have any problem with the smoke as long as it doesn't mean that there is some thing wrong with my truck. By the way I noticed this when I was at about 5700 rpms in second. I am guessing that it is normal at those higher rpms.

 

you could be running pig rich. you need to logg that tune from wait4me.

get a someone or a program to read the truck when your at WOT.

 

I"d do it, but Im down here in h-town. look at the KR tables if you do get it scanned. LTFT and STFT would be interesting to see too. lots of KR = lots of knock

 

either you are running rich, or you are blowing **** and carbon out of that thing...
