Default Slp over magnaflow? Help

I recently put on my new heads n cam and i am definately not impressed with the sound! I have american racing 1 7/8 headers and magnaflow catback exhaust. Should i try to cut off the cats n resonators and just put n pipe or just change my catback to slp loudmouth or flowmaster 40's? It is just the factory replacement single out the side behind the tire. With the cam i have i should have alot choppier idle

cut the cats and buy the ory or have a shop weld u one. i wouldnt swap the magnaflow, they flow great imo. a cutout would also bring out that choppy sound

I just unbolted it behind the resonators, taking off the muffler. U can hear the cam now but its obnoxiously loud for the street! Puttin it back on 2nite. The cats are those small highflow cats so not thinking they effect much. Might do like u said n put dumps on where the resonators are now n maybe buy a flowmaster to quiet it n dump it at the axle. Any1 else got an opinion on good sounding exhaust on a cammed truck?

Seems like everyone has a flowmaster. I have had two different flowmaster set ups, they are ok but I'd stick with magnaflow. Sound nice and quiet puttin around, but have a nice aggressive sound at WOT
