Taylor ThunderVolt 50's here. No problems at all. Totally happy with them.

If my memory serves me correctly, the MSD's are just a tad longer.

On my 409s I rotated the coil end 180 to shorten them up.

i ordered my msd wires about 2 months ago went to put them on and they hit my pacesetteres....so the grey boot acually rest on the headers on the driverside... i was wondering if i maybe got the wrong set....but the truck as been sitting for about 3 months so i just put the stock ones back on! and have the msd's sitting in the garage!

Stock wires here, no problems. The generally accepted rule here is that unless you like the colors available, the stock wires are just as good as any of the aftermarket ones. There's not enough length between the coil pack and the spark plug to gain anything from aftermarket wires.
