I KNOW THIS SOUNDS CRAZY BUT TRY IT. TURN THE KEY ON AND COMPLETELY PUSH DOWN THE GAS PEDAL 5 TIMES VERY QUICKLY, CHEVY SAID LIKE IN A 2 SECOND TIME FRAME AND THEN START THE MOTOR . IF THAT DOESNT DO IT DO THE SAME BUT TURN THE KEY OFF INSTEAD OF STARTING IT. THATS HOW I TURN MY OIL CHANGE LIGHT OFF.

Do you have AutoTap or know someone that has it. See if you have any active DTC's, that might be the reason your SES light is on.

unhook your positive battery cable for like 10 minutes. then hook it all back up. it should be fine if it is still lit up than something might be wrong. as for the oil change light. you should do what RED2K said. accept that you don't have to do it in a 2 second time frame. just keep pushing the pedal till that oil change light turns off. (should be 5 times) hope that helps..
