I finally get to have my truck tuned at Futral in a few weeks. I'll also be having my billet servo installed and my throttle-body ported & polished. I'm gonna try and get the money for some electric fans, so they can program them to come on at around 160*.
I know I will be having this done as far as tuning:
Idle raised from 500 to at least 800
Shift Points raised from 5200 to 5800-6000
Rev Limiter raised from 5200 to 6000-6100
EGR Delete
Maybe TQ Mngt Delete (not 100% sure yet)
Is there anything else I need done while I'm down there? Shouldn't I feel a big difference after tuning?
I plan on going back down after I get enough money for Eaton/4.10s and some heads that I'm fixing to get (used 5.3 heads-getting them Ported and Polished).
Thanks in advance

Do you already have some heads lined up for core or to take them to have done?
I have a spare set off of a 5.3 in my computer room/workshop/garage that I can part with.

Can they tune my GMS Mass Airflow Sensor or do I need to put my stock one back on? Can you even tune Mass Airflow Sensors?

With a 160 degree stat, these trucks run at 172 at the coolest. I'd set it at more like 180.
If you set them at 160, they probably won't ever turn off.
