i would go 206/212 low lift comp grind on a 112 LSA

but thats just me.

might want to do more reading and come to an exact goal with what you expect from the cams power range and with that small TC.

Its going to be going in a toyota, so he wont have the problem of it being in a big heavy truck. Id say at least a 220/220

Read any of the hundreds of cam threads and you'll come to the same results.
It all depends on what you want to do with the vehicle.
Just remember that in theory the larger the duration the higher your rpm range is going to be and the less low end tq your going to have.
Find out where you want power and then start looking at cams and look at the rpm range that cam produces power.
Personally i'd get the largest duration and lift I could get that is within a chosen range.

In order to give you the most help, we are going to need to know what your goals are.

First id dont want to completely kill my gas mileage... it will have a small shot of nitrous (nobigger than a 100 wet shot). Still needs to be driveable everyday but it WILL see the strip alot. With my converter i would like my power range to be around 2000-62 or 6500.

If it's the toyota in your avatar, don't worry about mileage, your going to be fine there.

With a truck that light and hitting the strip a lot. I'd go 2600-3000 stall and maybe a 220/220 cam. shouldn't take much to get that thing moving so low end tq isn't as much of a priority. Tuned properly your going to looking at some pretty good highway miles even.
