A friend of mine went up to KC to buy a yellow silverado that is supposedly supercharged along with a 60 shot of nitrous and it has 22"s. Have any of you guys ever seen this truck? Can our trucks even handle that abuse?

hell no they cant! 22s are just WAYYYY too much wheel for our truck, that guy is crazy <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

actually, just depends on tuning, and the ammount of boost he is running through the supercharger as well. but for the most part i would say our trucks can handle 6-8psi and a 60shot, may need fuel upgrades though

 

In a recent issue of Sport Truck there was a SCSB Silverado with 22's in the back and 20's in the front with a 5/7 drop. It also had a whipple and a 100 shot on a 5.3 and it had pics of a bad *** burnout (not cheap on 22's) it was an awesome looking truck. The article did say it had been through a couple of trannys though....

 

MC Racing in KC has built several SC 5.3 and 6L trucks. I don't remember any with a 60 shot though.

If I remember correctly, they're getting ready to start on a heads/cam/procharger 5.3L buildup soon.

If that truck was in KC, I know it hasn't been to the dyno.

 

I havent seen or heard of a Yellow Silverado with N20 in KC. Any of you guys seen that black Z06 that MC Racing is working on? Im waiting to see that car get on the rollers!

02 Z06, Katech Heads/Cam, Longtubes, D1SC Procharger. It should be a sweet ride when they're done.
