Default rust in exhaust

I installed my headers. When I pulled my ypipe and manifolds I saw rust. Not much tho. I checked my coolant it's a little low but I've never changed or added any for 2 years. All exhaust ports were orange. Just a really thin layer. Any thoughts. I have put quite a bit at octane buster in it. Over the last few months. Could it be that or possibly my tune. I run 93 octane only.

If the fuel as like a E10 is might change the color or the fact that vehicles make condensation.

I wouldnt have a single worry if it was me.
