thats weird that in temporarily fixed it, makes you believe that its somewhere where the seafoam hits so i geuss it kinda narrows down your places to look

i would change the wires to just for fun but if the plugs didnt help i doubt the wires would either. i just installed some taylor 10.4 wires, only started the truck to see if it ran and it did, tomorrow ill take it out, i doubt ill see any gains just cuz they are simple wires but the red makes stuff look pretty

i usually change plugs every 30000. hope they help. change the wires too just for the hell of it, but thats probably not your problem. how much did the taylor 10.4 cost?

at summit racing they were only 57 bucks. i installed them in the middle of the night yesterday and it was actually really easy. they also give you free dielectric compound

Okay, i have the EXACT same rough idle. I have just about 78K on the truck, has been doing it for at leat last 3K miles. I just changed my plugs out for NGK TR55's and MSD wires this afternoon. Problem is still there, I will try cleaning my MAF sensor on Monday when I install my Outlaw Power CAI

But please let me know if you find a solution! And if you can get rid of piston slap that'd be cool too..
