Ok I plugged the numbers in EDIT. The numbers that I'm getting are nothing like yours, but here it goes anyway.

Your truck with 4:10 gears
26041ppm

Friends truck
23875ppm

Sorry I couldn't be any more help. The Tuner Cat program must operate with different values.
