If you don't have EDIT to turn them off, yes. Get some sims or a custom program to turn them off.

nope. But in Oklahoma their isn't emission testing. Wonderful thing living in the middle of nowhere

I dropped my cats and it sounds great... I can't compare a power increase because I did it all in one shot, exhaust and converters...

That is the beauty of Michigan... no emissions = killer exhuaust, gotta love it.
