Default Reluctor wheel 24x, 58x

Sup guys, want to see if you guys can help me clear something up... i knew that 07 classic and older engines had the 24x reluctor and the newer example 2007+ l92 6.2 has the 58x. my question is this, I heard from someone say that the newer models like 2010'+ or maybe even 09+ engines went back toa 24x toothe wheel.. anyone know if this is true?

Reason i ask is i have a 2006 silverado with a 5.3 and wanna doa 6.2 swap but i didnt really wann tear in the engine to swap out the wheels and also didnt wanna do the lingenfelter box cuz 2 of my buddys have had trouble with those things and left them stranded on the road... so when i heard that the newer engines had the 24x again i figured that would be a easy swap.. but thats why im asking?

thanks in advance
