Default Redesigned Volant and Radix

I installed the redesigned Volant box and fitment wasn't very good. The tubing didn't line up perfectly and I had to tweak the fitting that connects the mass air flow sensor to the Radix tube.

This airbox is much bigger that the previous one and the way the MAF sensor mounts to it is nice. It mounts directly to the air box with 3 screws. The air filter is also larger.

However, I would hate to hurt performance because there is a sharp bend where the MAF and Radix tube connect. What do you guys think? Take a look at the pics.

You think a sharp bend with a forced induction engine is a bad thing? It's really not. The compressor does all the work cramming all that air into your engine. For a N/A vehicle, that would be something to think about...
