rear end question

my appointment to get my 4.10s and posi is this friday. i have had the vette servo sittin around for awile too. do u think it would be too much to ask the mechanic to just put the servo in while hes got the transmision pulled anyway? do u think he would charge me for it, is it a big deal?

Why would he have the transmission pulled away?You getting a converter installed too?

nevermind that question, i wasnt thinking straight. how much do u think it would be to install a servo though?

If he has done one before, then he could probably do it in 10 minutes, but if he has never done one it might take 30 minutes or so, and use the hourly rate to get the price. It really isn't hard to do, I didn't even jack the truck up to do mine, and I did it in 30 minutes. If you need help I will try to find that web site with detailed instructions and pics.
