Thanks guys, like I said before... I have been working on this project for like 3 months. This **** takes time beween machining the forming dies, to building an oven to hold the plastic sheet, to building a vacuum forming jig, to buying plastic, steel pipe, the list goes on. I most likely have around $650 or something like that invested in it. But it's all good, I'll most likely start forming other stuff out of plastic for other projects. It's really a capitial investment that keeps me busy in my spare time.

If I break even over time that would be awesome, but it would be great if I sold one part. It's just kind of cool to say you have your part on other people's rides.

Grippy, A screen...I don't see why not... good idea. I could actually just put a screen around the hose end before the hose is installed and clamping force should hold everything on tightly. That would be the easiest and cleanest way of doing it. I'll give it a shot within the next few days.
