If the wires are good change the fuel filter,it's under the truck about where the drivers seat is,a little messy so have a shop rag ready.Radix is sensitive to fuel pressure. If the fuel filter doesnt do the trick check the fuel regulator.

I see TOG headers in your sig. Are they fairly new? Any chance you bumped a plug during the install? I had the same misfire symptoms as you after a header install. It was a plug (or two) and changing them fixed the issue. As said above, plug wires could do the same thing.
With that code P0300 code, someone with scanning software (or a dealer with a TECH2) should be able to tell you what specific cylinder is having the most misfires. If its isolated to mainly one or two cylinders, swap plugs and wires and I bet its solved. If the misfires are evenly spread out among all cylinders, then you likely have a fueling issue. Look to the fuel filter, the radix fuel regulator, and the inline pump for possible causes.
Post up your your findings when you get it solved. Good luck.

Okay, I took the truck for a ride with the scan tool. When I looked into the hstory of the misfire codes, they were all evenly spread out. From 20-40 codes per cyclinder, something like that. When the truck idled, it did not see any misfiring in any of the cylinders.

Im going to run a fuel pressure guage on it and see what that looks like. What should it be at relative to the rpm range.
Will post back.
