Default Radix is in and so are the numbers!

Got the Radix installed yesterday and man this thing is freakin silly! It sounds awesome and pulls hard as hell. I nailed it doing about 20-25 mph and it just lit the tires up. I can see myself buying new ones in the not so distant future. I had the truck put on the dyno before the install and after and here are the numbers. I tried to put the sheets on here but the files were to big. I will see if I can mess with that later.

Stock with FIPK

It was 10:00 AM on the 5th the temp was 86.58 and the humidity was at 24%. It made 244.61 hp and 335.87 lbs of torque.

Radix and FIPK

It was 5:00 PM on the 6th. The temp was 102.71 and the humidity was at 8%. IT made 366.61 hp and 398.64 lbs of torque. This was with the boost guage only reading 2.5 lbs. It was double checked under the hood with another guage which also showed 2.5 lbs. Since then I have seen the boost go any where from 2.5 to 5 lbs. I dont know why the boost readings are so inconsistant, but I know it is making boost other wise I wouldn't have gotten a 120 rwhp gain. Is anyone else seeing this in their truck?

When I got home from the Dyno yesterday I found a little surprise from the UPS guy. The stainless works headers came in, and man are they pretty. I will post some pics of them as soon as I get off my butt and take some.

Congrats on the numbers! I thought these trucks were putting down closer to 300hp than that.(stock) What kind of dyno is it? Get the smaller pulley on there and get some track times!

Thanks, now need to figure out why it is only showing 2.5 lbs of boost most of the time. It is wierd because everynow and then it will go up to 5 lbs and some times will be inbetween 2.5 and 5 but most of the time it is at 2.5. I dont get it. Isn't the stock Radix supposed to put out 5-6 lbs?

Default Perhaps The Vacuum Bypass Is Out Of Wack?

Maybe the bypass is wacked opening up a bit? If it is used as a handle to get out of the packaging it can get wacked.
Is the hose pinched or collapsing?
