Update!!! This morning went to start it with another set of keys, ans a fresh antitheft battery in the little transmitter, and it turned over! Ok.....one problem out of the way. Tried again to program, and same thing...03 6.0-programming-then no communication with pcm. Ok, just for the hell of it, went to start it with stock program, and viola!!! fires right up! Running SUPER rich, obviously, but running. It seems to me, I got a junk program. I'd really like to get it running with the program provided, then move up to a custom tune at a later date. I'm waiting to hear back from Tony, or maybe somebody from Magnuson about this. The saga continues!

Not really sure what is going on there. You can wire your bypass open and run it on the stock program for now. Tony has been in contact with us, however it was late and there was nothing we could do. We will get on it first thing Monday. DO NOT CONTINUE TO ATTEMPT PROGRAMMING!!!

Only if you change injectors ... those big injectors on stock programming WILL foul out the plugs, burn up wires and could wash the cylinder walls, which would ruin the motor.

You know....aside from the programming glitch, and the ground wire fiasco, the kit went together great! There weas a few times I said "Aw, that'll NEVER fit in there", then it slides together just like it came from the factory. I must have jinxed myself, when after installing the new fuel pump, it fired right up, I went to get lunch, and came back all excited. I even said "man...this seems to be going too easy". I should have kept my big trap shut!! Tony is going to be seeing John from Mag today, and he was going to call me back, but I'm pretty sure I'll have to send the programmer back to see if the program is wrong, or bad, or what. I'm just glad nothing was actually damaged with that ground deal. As an upside to it all, my caprice POlice car gets 27mpg, and runs on **** gas, so it'll be a little cheaper on gas this week.

Yeah, I was doing it at a friends shop, and would hate to be in his way all this week, till I get back next weekend, and fix things. He needs the shop to actually work this week.
