max power, best torque curve, simplicity, and efficiency is what makes one superior over any other. the ONLY way to know which one fits that is to test them on the exact same setup.

I run 9 psi daily driven with no problems at all. 18000 rpm is the limit before it loses its "umph"

slow, your not geting it, if your looking at all of that criteria then then the radix is the best, how many times does that need to be said. now forget about all of that stuff and look at the original question. "radix HP limit"?

where did that info come from? not "stiring the pot" or "raising the flag", nothing like that, if it can be spun that fast then that definately changes things. could it fly apart at that rpm?

It appears you missed what I said, and what Magnuson was saying. They told me that above 7psi, the Radix began losing efficiency. They did not say that smaller pulleys that created more boost ended up producing zero additional horsepower - they said that power returns diminished above 7psi due to a loss of efficiency. There is a difference.

500-575hp with a fat power curve might be better for accelaration than a peaky 650hp.You've got to consider how long your truck can stay in it's best powerband.Lots of factors including weight, gear spacing and final drive ratio go into the equation.
