I wish you had done the pulleys sooner,I probably have a better selection of pulleys than you do including a 2.75" I haven't run yet.

 

I got em all! 3.4. 3.25, 3.0. 2.90, 2.75, and 2.5 (prototype).

What size of pulley would you recommend for a SS Silv. engine with a Radix, headers, and tuning is available if the truck needs it?
Also, how much boost will it create and how much HP increaes is expected?

I would go a 3.0. You will see approx 2-3 more lbs of boost, and 18-20 RWHP and 35-40 RWTQ.
