Give me a call. I will have a dealership in the Bay Area that installs our systems, and honors the warranty.

he said he has no prob there. we can just go back to stock and thats fine. but now lets say i take off the blower the reginal rep looks at the actaul bolts on the truck to see if its been touched. some big thing happpend in texas reguarding a blower and it went to court a month ago and now it really has fucked up having a blower set up. hand helds are ok

NORCAL: When it comes down to it, there is a way to check the PCM for a tune.

The bottom line here is this: If you play you might have to pay. I sell approx 50 Radix systems a month to one dealership here in Socal, 0 failures and they cover every one of them under warranty. Like I have stated to others in the past, you really need to look at your relationship with your service writer. They will try to void your warranty for any reason they can, IF you give them the reason.

If you blow up that STI with the Intake, Perrin crank pully, header and uppipe, godspeed downpipe, espelir cat back, will it be under Warranty? I am not picking at you, I just dont think you are seeing the big picture here.

"Warranty" is a concept to protect consumers against manufacturer defect. GM should not honestly be held responsible for failures of parts caused by the increase in power. As hard as that might be to swallow it really is that simple. Unrelated stuff should absolutely be covered, for example ABS failure or Power Window malfunction, etc.

I destroy the rear end and the transmission in my truck while it was still under warranty. It never even crossed my mind to try to claim a warranty job on it because that would have been no less than THEFT.

Performance is expensive and breaking parts is part of the game. Suck it up man, you'll have the support of everyone here at least.
