Quick video of the new turbo.

Holy ****, I really need to get HIP with a DSL/Cable. Truck sounds great man! Remindes me a lot of my WRX when cruising...mine's totally catless and spools loud.
Are ya used to what turbo does to an auto? ...my WRX is an A4 and it's weird. I'm such low compression that it will only flash to like 1800rpm and brake to about 2500rpm...then when cruising the torque of the turbo makes it flash to nearly 3000. It's odd for sure. I can't imagine how all the torque of a V8 with a turbo would be...it'd be nearly no lag at all.
What sort of flash stall are you seeing from a dead stop? 3400-3800?
Have ya found yourself driving around in lower gears to hold higher RPMs or is the stall loose enough where that doesnt' matter?

**** man I only had the truck for 2hours before I had the fire and had to dorp it off to get it fixd so I can't answer all those questions. Hahaha
As for the drivability durring normal stop and go and cruising. During stop and go it feels just like it did before the turbo. It is nice and smooth with plenty of part throttle response so it actually feels better than stock. Tighter if that makes any sense. I am not sure where it flashes to yet when you first nail it because the only time I tried it from a slow (27-30mph) roll I went into instant boost and the truck got sideways and kept roasting the tires like crazy till I had enough and lifted
. I am guessing it wil flash to about 3500rpm or so now. When I get it back on Wed or Thursday I can started answering your questions better if you remind me

LOL, yeah. My buddy Mark was the one filming and he is not used to performance stuff so he gets all weird and that goofy laugh gets going. Hahaha
I edited out the part where BLK6.0HD was cursing me for using hi boost on him.

I would too though that much boost is awesome fun!
