Default Quick rocker ?.

I'm in the middle completing a cam and head installation. When I tightened the rockers I noticed some are pressing down on the springs more than others. Because a couple of the push rods stuck out more that others. I thought they where all suppose to be even? Did i do something wrong when I installed the cam Or is this normal? Thanks

It's normal...no matter how you orient the cam, some of the lifters are going to be sitting on top of the lobes, which will open a couple of the valves.

Should be fine, the cam lobes are higher in some spots then other, the lifters are out of adj, sitting on the lobe.. To be safe tq down to 22lbs then bump the motor over a few times, check them again..

Just to further put your mind at ease, that's totally normal. (Does this make me a post ***** lol). If the rockers were all even, then all of the valves would be closed at the same time....or your pushrods would be way to short lol.
