use a big cresent wrench and a hammer(not rubbuer mallet). hit it fast and hard to your left as you're facing the truck. it'll work

pipe wrench and BFH, lose the rubber mallet. Sometimes they can be a pain. I've had to resort to using a pry bar to hold the pulley in a bind, it's not recommended because you can damage the pulleys, but I did what I had to do successfully

ok so i went to autozone and bought"the best penetrating oil money can buy" PB or something its called and sprayed it on and tried it real quick to no avail. yes im using a crecent wrench and hitting it not that hard i guess but pretty hard. im getting frustrated now because if this doesnt work i dont know my other options. how do you fanagle the pry bar in the pulleys? itll be a last resort i guess. too bad they dont have crecent style impact guns. im gonna let the oil sit for a day and go at it this evening or tomorrow morning guns blazing. ill just hit that thing like no tomorrow i guess. now ive taken off and put back on the fan shroud three times. twice when the engine and coolant hose was hot.

I have even seen someone put vise-grips on the belt on the lip of the pulley to keep it from turning... I am not saying its smart because it can bend the pulley as well but it does work.

Don't use a BFH to hit the wrench, use a small hammer instead. I was doing this one day trying the same thing as you and it wouldn't budge. So my buddy walks up and grabs a small hammers and takes about 2-3 hits and it comes loose.
