Default Questions on intake manifolds?????

Does the LS1/LS6 intake manifold fit directly with no problems no relocation of anything to the 5.3l?????? Any input is much appreciated!!!! Thanks

no it doesn't fit without any modifications. click on the search button. you'll see a **** load about this

Hey man, first off the ls1 or 6 intake will not do anything for you. Also you will have to relocate all the accessories. Plain and simple the truck intake is fine up until 550-600 rwhp is what I have heard. Also you will loose some bottom end with that intake.

it wouldnt hurt I don't think on a 6.0 but that is a hell of alot of intake for the smaller 5.3. I just really don't think it's worth it. yelo did this swap on his 6.0. send him a pm.

cool thanks if not then what kind of intake can i get that will hold more power im talkin 700-800rwhp

ok, if your talking that much then yes go with the lsx. they might have something better out their I am not sure. If you get that going you better drive down here and take me for a spin. What exactly are your plans?
