The duration gives the lope, but a similar cut cam with a tighter LSA will lope harder.

Don't be scared ... go big.

The smaller of the three in your first post would be good, but I would run the middle one if I were in your shoes. Just be sure to have someone tune them properly.

Im Definetly Not Scared, My Theory Is The Bigger The Better. Just Exploring My Options. Lol! would i need a nitrous cam if i was going to put a 75-100 shot on it? or would i be better off putting a N/A cam and take some timing out? i wont run the nitrous all the time-only if someone is pulling on me!

I say that middle one will be the better of the 3 for nitrous and what you're wanting still.

Would It Be A Good Idea To Run Dual Valve Springs? Would I Need That Much Spring Pressure On A Cam That Big?

keep in mind, shallow gears make a high stall much less driveable and puts much more stress on the drivetrain than steep (higher number) gears
