i'm getting excited all this talk about the nelson tune. I should be expecting mine sometime during the week. How much TM should i take off or whatever. I have a 2001 4.8 with the FIPK 77 series, 160 thermo, descreened MAF, and a 40 series delta flow. Any idea what would be good. I want more power

Arrehuy01 i'd get about 80% tm taken out but to get 100% taken out all you need is a shift kit and then it really will roll.

wes00silverado all you do is order it through allen tell him your mods and i'd run the 93 octane because if you do that he can advance your timing more which means more power but when it comes in all you do is unplug your pcm and put the one allen sends in it's place.

And yes allen is the man i love my tune as soon as he took out the tm my truck felt 100% faster it knocked almost a full second off of my 1/4 time

I really like mine too and my uncle just got his put in today and he noticed a difference from the hypertech (no TM) I'm going up to get mine fine tuned on his dyno in a month or so hopefully if I can get it set up.
