What should the vacuum be at idle on a 1998 Chevy Tahoe 5.7L Vortec?

Anybody know. Trying to chase a possible vacuum leak.

With all accessories turned off and the engine up to temp it's about 18"hg.

This changes with coolant temperature and load. The more load the less vacuum.
