Default project lq4 mini truck

I have a 72 c10 that I am trying to build correctly. It will be my first build and I only want to build it once. I have a lq4 out of a 2004 chevy express 3500 that is all torn apart. The plans for this motor are to be twin turbo rated at 1000+ hp but because I will be daily driving this for a while, I want to have it tuned for roughly 700-800hp. I figure if I do that it will make it more reliable? Budget is not a big issue. I plan to build it over the course of the year. Right now I am looking into a full rotating assembly. I was told to avoid eagle, so i started looking at callies. Also just a little more info. I have 317 heads and I will be getting ARP head bolts. Any info to help me out would be much appreciated.
