Default product review

ok guys, im new here and wanted to give a little product review of the parts i have installed as of yet.

vehicle: 1998 gmc jimmy
engine: vortec 4.3L
miles: 157,xxx

as of yet, im just trying to get better gas mileage out of it. call it a "performance tune-up" if you will. i have installed an OEM K&N replacement filter, manga-flow muffler with a dump, and treated it to a full Z-max treatment.

i have noticed that the truck runs a lot smoother and throttle responce has a crisper feel. with the exhaust work, its not lound at all. and it has a nice rumble to it. considering its a V-6, it sounds great. there is less down shifting while going up hill. and the truck went from 12 average MPG to an over all 15.3 MPG. and this is a good thing considering i drive about 60 miles a day. next on the list is a set of hot wires, iridum plugs, cap, CAI, headers, throttle body spacer, MAF, O2, and a highflow cat. ill keep you all informed as it continues.
