Default Problem with nick williams 102??

I have a 408 in a silverado just added on 230 afr heads and a fast 102 with the nw 102 (DBW). when i go to start i turn the key over to let to fuel prime up and notice it goes in to reduced engine power. so i get my scan tool out and it says code p1518 so i remove my intake check all grounds put it all back togeather and its the same. So to see if it was my x link i install a stock 4 bolt tbss tb and it fires up with no code. Any of you guys running a nw 102 had this problem. Is it a tune issue or something that i might have over looked??

Best thing to do is e-mail Nick and see if he can lend any information that might help you.
