Amen to that Brother! There is always someone out there that will make a deal. I've always had the best luck just emailing a vendor for a package price. Generally the more items you need, the better the deal.

Just promise to do a before and after dyno pull so we can get some real world back-to-back results.

Rick

PS: The AFR 1660's are working just fine. I hit 1,000 un-boosted miles on the forged 370 so time to tune for 18lbs and let 'er rip.

Are you going to run the 92mm or the 102mm TB with it? Do you have to use the Dr. X adapter?

If one of our lovely vendors would sell me an intake at their cost or close to it, I would do an entire writeup on the intake swap with all the minute details that go along with it so no one is scratching their head. I would do a baseline run of the head/cam swap with the TBSS intake manifold, then go home, swap intakes, retune and go back to the same dyno. All of this being well documented with photos and real world results. Something tells me the FAST intake is a worthwhile mod to guys running a nice set of heads, cam and 1 7/8" headers on a 6.0L or larger motor. For everything else I'd stick to the GM Stuff

Rick, glad the heads worked out for you. I sold those to you to get a set of Mast Motorsports heads but with the **** poor customer service and 2 months of them not returning my phone calls or emails (I even emailed Horace), I bought another set of AFR's. You cannot beat their customer service and the warranty. Now we just have to see how they perform. This time around I went with the 215cc heads. No one else I could find is running them so I thought I'd give it a whirl. I figured yippy kie yay futher mucker

I'm going to run the stock 4 bolt truck TB. I want to see if there's any intake restriction before going to the nick williams TB. I always like to do things 1 step at a time and take a scientific approach to it

Even if you buy them by the truck load, how much do you think they cost a vendor?
I know how much my cost is as set as a vendor.....
