Question power mirrors

hey guys im thinking about painting my own mirrors but i have power mirrors and i cant figure out how to get them apart...ive got the front cover off but i cant figure out how to take the mirror off the little motor that moves the mirror...can somebody help me figure out how to take the complete mirror assembly apart? and how an i tell if i have heated mirrors? i didnt think i had em but i noticed some other wires running to my mirror....

I think I remember where someone linked to a writeup on GMFullsize or something like that...might have been in the show and shine section...
