Default power loss w/s.c

posted this question in computers but, thought i'd try here. have an '02 1500hd w/6.0 headers, flowmaster, open air fiter, whipple s.c . have a power loss between 3k-3700k in 3rd and 4th gear, have boost and fuel pressure during power loss. removed torque management with ls1-edit which helped power a little across the board but did not affect the problem. power is good all the way to 3 and after 3700. feels more like it's pulling timing than over fueling, but not sure. i have a couple things i'm going to try , but i would appreciate any ideas you guys have. i'm thinking of getting autotap to see whats going on, but since the whipple has an add on computer and injectors i still don't think ill get the whole picture. oh by the way who is this allen nelson ? what does he charge.

Not sure about the whipple but I did have a sort of lag in the same range with the supercraps tuner that came with my magnacharger. After Allen tuned it, its gone...

don't suppose you have ls1-edit ? or could get me an edit read of your pcm ? worth asking anyway. guess i need to check this guy out. are you running your fans off the pcm? if so, do you know which leads aut of the pcm are the triggers. i'm running flexalite duals with a vsc. vsc failed [bad contact] once, no problems since, but worried about dirt fouling it up. thanks

No, I don't have edit, sorry. I am not useing the pcm for the fans but next time I am down in SA, Allen will set it up with edit. It should be the blue connector pin 42 that supplies a gnd.
