well when i first got it it had the stock exhaust with a flow...popped a lil got headers and y pipe damn it popped all the time. changed to a borla was a little better but not much just a little quieter thats it. long story and i ended up with a pos flowmaster again..it freakin sucks. i was think about putting my cats back on just to stop it.

mine basically stopped after i finished the tune even with my crapmaster. i think it also has something to do with DFCO because it cuts fuel when i'm off the throttle when its revving. not sure though.

my truck has flows with no cats and i dont have any popping issues...i would have to say its your tune, or it could be an exhaust leak...before i got my exhaust fixed it out pop a lot under deceleration...
