Default Plugs.........

I am approaching 50,000 miles of hard towing and driving. Figured it may be a good idea to change out plugs. Anyway, what is a good set of plugs?

I too would go with some NGK plugs or some Denso Iridiums.

Aren't some stock GM truck plugs NGKs anyway?

Yeah, get those Iridium Tips by Denso. We just replaced the plugs on my friends 4.8 with the stick that I posted about. He has 60,000 miles on the motor, we pull the plug, and only 2 of the plugs had the Platinum tip on them still, every other plug had the tips fall off. This is some small crap and shouldn't hurt anything, but damn. That is the worst that I have seen with these factory plugs. I am going to put Iridium tips in mine as soon as I get 15,000 miles.
