Hey just wondering what everyone is running for spark plugs and what you guys recomend for my application. I have a whipple charged 4.8 with 98 LS1 heads and a LS1 cam. Any help would be great.

My truck came with NGK PZTR5A15 long life plug and I put in the NGK TR6 v power when I added the STS turbo. The NGK TR6 and NGK TR55 are copper core plugs and should be changed more frequently than the stock plugs at say 25000 mile intervals. If you want high mileage plugs then use the Irridium version of the same plugs. If you check you will find that NGK makes the equivalent plugs in 2 or 3 different series and the life expectancy of the plugs can vary drastically.

Well, for one I was curious. Secondly, would the addition of the TR55 plugs, would there be any kind of improvement? I would like to know that the truck is running in the fittest form that it can, if if I could not feel. Besides, its something else to mess with.......j/k.
Thanks
