Don't wast your time, find a set of 317 heads and have them milled about .030 .040. You will have less in them, then trying to use 862's. The 862 is a smaller head all over, valves, runners ect. Again raising the shift points is only going to help some, but not 100hp worth.

I just pulled my tbss intake off today to install my manga charger if your interested
Why didn't you have who ever dyno'd it tune it? I know allot of these mail order tune guys know there stuff but I would always recommend tuning by dyno if available

and yeah i know the shift points alone aren't going to help but but i guess that way i can discard that part of it.
well i got it dyno'd on a dyno day so that wasn't an option. but ill give nelsons one more try since their retunes are free. if that fails i will have one of the local speed shops dyno tune it.
